Ana Llewellyn is in the midst of her third year teaching at St. Louis Spinning, and she loves every pedal stroke of it. She considers Julie Funke to be her mentor and fitness inspiration. Ana is a NASM certified personal trainer, CPR certified, and Pennsylvania State University Strength and Fitness certified Spinning instructor. As well as a passion for fitness, Ana has a background in performing and has appeared onstage at the St. Louis Muny for several seasons. Ana spends time when she's not Spinning, running, weight training, practicing yoga, and walking her Cairn Terrier, Duncan. She believes in listening to your own body, pushing your own limits, and focusing on your own progress. Ana's teaching style includes tough drills with firm words of motivation. Known for teaching in her sweatshirt, she loves to sweat and hopes you'll join her!
