In this 45 minute spinning class you will ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome tunes, each class as unique as each of our instructors are. Our instructors are trained to give you both athletic and motivational coaching cues, but ultimately it is you who determines how hard you work and how much resistance you put on that bike. This highly effective cardio and strength workout will work your lungs, your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core. Power Hour Spin

In this 60 minute spinning class you will ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome tunes, each class as unique as each of our instructors are. Spin & Yoga

Follow this up with 30 minutes of yoga practice focused on poses and stretches that counter the muscles used in spinning. The yoga portion of the class is optional.

Endurance Hour

60 minute, aerobic base building spin class. Think flat roads and smoother hills. Trains the body to be more efficient at metabolizing fat, maintaining a steady pace and resisting fatigue. Open to all levels of experience.

Spin & Core

This class starts with a 45 minute spin that puts you on a runaway bike right out of the gate, and keeps intensifying throughout the ride with various jumps, sprints, and plenty of headwinds (and sometimes a tailwind) to challenge you. Followed up with a fast and furious 15 minutes of core that combines yoga, pilates and tai chi with a generous dash of adrenaline added to the moves. The Core part of class is optional, all levels of experience welcome!

Pedal & Pump

This is a 45 minute high energy spin followed by 30 minutes of weight training and core. The Pump portion of the class is done off bike and is optional. All levels of experience are welcome.
